Iris Lin, a Chinese illustrator and painter who was raised in Shenzhen, a coastal city in southern China, graduated with a BFA in Illustration from the Academy of Art University in 2022. Based in San Francisco, her work was recognized in the Society of Illustrators - Illustrators 65 Annual Jury Selection. Proficient in drawing, watercolor, acrylic/oil painting, murals, and digital art, Iris focuses on the meticulous design of line, shape, and color.

With a background in fine art and antique collecting, she passionately explores cultural diversity and art across various eras. An innovative problem solver adept in both traditional and digital styles, Iris brings a unique perspective to her work. Art, for her, is not just expression but a medium to communicate with the world, sharing a distinctive aesthetic vision.

Moreover, Iris is on a mission to inherit Asian heritage through a contemporary lens. Currently, she is actively pursuing her art career in mutiple fields, seeking the optimal medium to convey her artistic vision and contribute to the vibrant tapestry of contemporary art.
